ILT & VILT
Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) are two different approaches to structured learning experiences. ILT takes place in a physical space like a conference room, allowing for direct interaction and immediate feedback between facilitators and learners, which fosters collaboration and hands-on learning.
In contrast, VILT uses technology to create a similar interactive environment online, allowing for remote participation and the use of digital tools for engagement. While both methods emphasize the importance of facilitator presence and real-time interaction, they differ mainly in their delivery methods and are selected based on factors like learner location, available resources, and the level of collaboration desired.
