MICROLEARNING

Microlearning is a focused and efficient instructional design approach that delivers content in small, digestible units. It aims to enhance retention and engagement by breaking down complex topics into bite-sized lessons that learners can easily absorb. Typically delivered through digital means, microlearning allows for flexibility, enabling users to access information anytime and anywhere. This method is particularly effective for skills and just-in-time learning, making it a popular choice in today’s fast-paced environment.
